It would be nice that everything learned and teached could serve the community.
It could be through a book or via a knowledge base that might be free or more realistically available for a small fee.

I've considered something like this, but the basic issue is that I have bills to pay. Giving everything away for free makes doing that pretty hard.

There's already a ton of free material here and on Cocoa Dev Central.
