Nokia used to be the UI leader, but as others have already said, the s60 phones are quite horrendous. Especially the early ones (I happen to have one) are bad, but they have been improved quite a bit lately. Anyway, I'm probably going for a Sony Ericsson phone next time I'll have to get a new one.
