What, you don't have SonyEricsson in the States? (since you don't mention them) SonyEricsson phones are always the only ones I even consider, the same goes for most of my friends and even the salesmen in the stores I've visited. Although I haven't looked very closely at Nokia (too many people have told me they're slow and bug-ridden), the 'smaller' phone makers (Siemens, Sharp and what have you) all seem to have *horrible* UIs.
