David, It is incorrect to state that Omni provides only technically-oriented apps. An outliner is far from technical and much more firmly rooted in the administrative space. Likewise, while it would be nice to assume most Graffle users making flowcharts, the reality is it's the Mac's only real Visio comparator and I have seen it used far more as a staff heirarchy and rapid charting tool in conjunction with Keynote and PowerPoint.

And those are just the business uses. My son and daughter, both in college, use OmniOutliner for homework assignments. Claiming Omni's audience is strictly technical in nature is far from correct.
