I don't know how or why they [G] could not come to an agreement, and let a designer like Doug bail. For crying out loud - create 10, 20, whatever designs and user test the heck out of them. Collect THAT [real] data and refine refine refine instead of theorizing on [design] data.

Having said that... I like [G] just how it is.
