Same here. I ordered overnight shipping for an iPod. Shipped from Apple yesterday (Monday). FedEx says it's not arriving until Thursday morning. I could understand Wednesday since it's shipping from China but Thursday is definately not overnight. Supposedly it's sitting in Arkansas right now.

What did you do to get the refund? Email or call?
