Accented Characters are Stripped

Accented chracters are currently stripped from the name field in the Theocacao comment form. I realize a lot of people would like this to be fixed and I'll do so in the not-too-distant future.

I haven't looked at the code recently, but it's probably just overly-aggressive filtering.

There are two of these files, not just one... Somehow, the nox package wants the one in X package and not the one in glibc even though it's not linked with it. Argh. If you install the XFree86 package, it should work just fine.As for the accents, please remember to file bugs separately. When you do, please
have more information available... what is edv EDV? For what it's worth,iso-accents-mode with `'"~ and character seems to work just fine here.
