Theocacao Site Updates

So we have all sorts of improvements. First and foremost, I added direct comment URLs, so anyone can link to things like this. The link is easy enough to find, just click on the little number to the right of any comment. There's also finally a comment feed.

I added an About Theocacao page, mainly because people have asked about things before that best fit on this sort of page. There are probably a few bits in there most people don't know. I guess I had made it more or less impossible to find my email address. I did my best to keep the ego factor low. So there's that.

Other minor cosmetic changes throughout.
