Absolute nonsense....

iStat Nano was by far the best widget up for nomination.

Not happy...

I'm so glad CSSEdit 2.5 won for developer tools. Jan earned that award.

I have to 2nd slippy on iStat as the best widget around. I thought for sure that it was going to win.

Darn. Lost again. Better luck next year.

[sigh]

I've never heard of some of these -- any links? Can't find PENDAS in Google, for instance.

Best Leopard Applications were submitted privately I assume? i.e. DL2 hasn't been unveiled, right? :)

There is a ever so tiny screenshot of DL2 on Apple's site here: http://developer.apple.com/wwdc/ada/

It was demoed to the group. All post-keynote content is NDA'd. :)

CSSEdit 2.5, fantastic! WoW again... They've earned it, considering they're holding steady at the frontlines of the war against DirectX. Would have been great though if someone who'd really needed that free 30" display had won.

@Oskar:

After the game award, Apple made a special note that they were giving a hardware + macworld booth award to the runner up, a more indy shop, which I took to mean that Blizzard had passed on that stuff. Though it's conceivable I suppose that Apple decided to spontaneously give two hardware awards in that category.

Whilst I haven't heard of it before, from the ADA page at Apple, it's actually called PEMDAS. Looks very nice, I'm currently using Soulver as my calculator, and could be a better solution for quicker sums.

WoW again... Pretty lame IMHO...

I'm positively surprised that rooSwitch earned a place as a Runner-Up. :)
